在CCTC任职期间. 波洛克 has initiated multiple new initiatives including a new strategic enrollment plan and process and the joining of the national student success platform called Achieving the Dream (ATD). 杰森Tisdel was announced as the 负责学术事务的副校长 in August 2023.

Tisdel started at 中央卡罗莱纳技术学院 in August 2008 as a mathematics instructor. 他曾担任数学系主任, dean of Arts and Sciences and assistant vice president for 学术事务.

在加入CCTC大家庭之前, Tisdel enlisted in the United States 空军 and successfully completed a commissioning program through the Education Office to join the officer ranks. 在空军服役期间, Tisdel earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Wright State University and a master’s degree in Mathematics from the 空军 Institute of Technology (AFIT).

She also supervised emergency planning and management operations and the college’s facility master planning process and implementation.
